1 Shipping
1.1 Sorry we don’t deliver outside the United Kingdom. We will only deliver to addresses inside the United Kingdom including Northern Ireland and BFPO.
1.2 Credit cards will not be debited until the day of despatch.
2 Shipping - Parts and Accessories
2.1 Delivery
2.1.1 Delivery is usually within two working days, however please allow upto 14 days for delivery in case a part is out of stock.
2.2 Delivery costs
2.3 Delivery costs on most parts and accessories is £2.50. This will be sent using Royal Mail Recorded delivery with insurance. Helmets & Shoes are £4.00 & Tyres are £5.00. Some unique items may have different charges, but wont be more than £5.00. Multiple purchases do not affect postage and you will be charged only once.
3 Shipping - Bikes, Frames and Forks
3.1 All bikes in stock and ordered before 10am Monday - Thursday are built and despatched that day for delivery to you the next working day using one of our reliable couriers. Our success rate for next day delivery is 99%, although due to transportation and collection by the carriers we have seen cycles turn up late, but still within 48hours. If there is a problem known to us, we endeavour to contact you at which point you have the option to cancel the order if you wish. N/B: Please note that any cycles ordered after 12pm Thursday will be shipped on the following Monday for delivery Tuesday, as it has been known for damage to occur to bikes when left in the courier depot over the weekend period.
3.2 Delivery costs
3.3 Shipping bicycles and frames usually costs £15. Of course, if you're chosen bicycle is a current, fully priced model, shipping is free. Forks are at a cost of £8. As before, you will only be charged postage on the most expensive postage item.
4 Build
4.1 As standard all bikes are built and checked over in our workshop by qualified and experienced cycle mechanics. They are then thoroughly protected and boxed ready for transit. Upon delivery, the bike will need basic assembly, such as pedals, front wheel and handlebars attached. As with all bikes that are bought in our shop, every bike is entitled to a free 4-6 week check-up where we fully service the bike. **Unless otherwise specified **It is the customers’ responsibility to return the bike to us and arrange collection. Or take it to one of our shops.
5 Returns and Refunds Policy
5.1 We operate a no quibble money back policy on all goods returned in new, unused condition within 14 days of delivery.

6 Your rights as a consumer
6.1 In accordance with the law, you have a 7 day 'cooling off period' in which you have the right to cancel your purchase and receive a full refund. You do not need to give a reason for cancelling your purchase. Should you choose to cancel, we will refund your payment in full within 30 days via the same method as payment was originally made.
6.2 How to cancel within the 7 day cooling off period

6.4 When sending goods back:
6.5 Wrap the product carefully to avoid damage.
6.6 Return goods by recorded delivery, registered post, or by courier. (Proof of postage will not be accepted as proof of delivery).

6.8 Include your name and address, and a copy of your purchase receipt.
